When ever i laugh or cough i get sharp pains in my upper chest and if i cough to hard it feels like a bunch of needles in my chest and sometimes i cough up blood
coughing up blood = doctor time.
me, knowing nothing, i’d guess a gremlin might be growing in there. sorry if this comment causes you lung pain. if you smoke or otherwise are exposed to stuff that might be causing these issues: might want to avoid that stuff.
