I had extremely bad eczema on my hands from when I was 8 until I was about 15. It got to the point where even slightly moving my hands would make my skin crack and bleed. I tried everything that I could think of to get rid of it, but nothing worked. Even the medicated lotions that my doctor gave me didn’t work. I was very annoyed. Then one day I herd that putting Vaseline on it would help so what I did was I put it on my hands as much of it as I could, and I kepted them in gloves over night. In the morning it was so much better I couldn’t believe it! I did this for a few days and the eczema that I was struggling with for years was pretty much gone. Today it only shows up in the winter where before I had it all year round, and when it does show up it rarely gets bad enough to crack. Here is what I did in a list; 1) put as much Vaseline on the eczema as you can, and cover it. 2) keep it covered over night. 3) the next day take the covering off. Try to only wash that area when n
ecessary (soap, if used to frequently, kills good cells that help your skin.)
