For two or more weeks my ear left ear canal has felt full, and almost always has a cracking sound to it. When I speak I can hardly hear myself on my left side. I have what I am going to guess is about 30 maybe 40% hearing in m left ear. There is no pain, I’ve had no fever, no discharge, or sinus or throat infections. I’m very curious about how to fix this. I’ve tried the olive oil trick, and it didn’t make any change. I’ve had a hot shower everyday for the past week and it only helps for about 30 minutes, then I plug right back up again.
