Lavender essential oil in olice or coconut oil. Leave on for at least an hour but overnight is best for bad cases. This suffocates the lice Combing the little critters out thoroughly is important so to get any that might have survived. (highly unlikely) One can mix lavender and tea tree essential oil as well. Successful testing done with resultts beating name brand treatments. Speculation is rethsistance being developed as with antibiotics. Peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils also possobly helpful but havent seen any testing results. good luck
