how do you get rid of scares and scabbies

I have had scabbies since december I have gone to the doc and used the cream twise and done all the cleaning nessisary wanted some more info to help get ride of them . Also are yyou suppose to try and pull them out or leave the wound alone . Is there away to get ride of the scaring
