How much red raspberry leaf tea n how strong should I take it at 39 weeks of pregnancy?

Ingredients used for making tea:

  • Dried 1/2 cup Red Raspberry leaves
  • Dried 1/2 cup Nettle leaves
  • Dried 1/4 cup spearmint leaves

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl
Transfer the blend to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place, out of sunlight.
To make tea, use 1 teaspoon tea blend to 1 cup boiling hot water. Steep 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength is reached.

Though it is safe at this stage of pregnancy but it is always better to take opinion from your doctor before drinking this tea.
