how to choose wellness

Choosing wellness involves making mindful and conscious decisions to honour ourselves and others with healthy and life-filling choices. Wellness counseling, groups and workshops address issues through pausing, reflecting and creating plans that support the whole person. It involves a process of recognizing and making choices that increase a sense of vitality and of well-being.

Issues may include but are not limited to: wellness, compassion fatigue, life transitions, relationship challenges, sexuality, bereavement, health problems, and life/work balance
