how to cure nasal sores? im on 24hr oxygen, that's what i think is from.

I’m on 24hr oxygen, and can’t find anything to put on it to heal it.

Try lubricant (like ky jelly) it moisturizes the nostrils and coats them or use aloe vera gel to allow healing. They are not petroleum based to interfere with the O2.
