Eat alots of safe fatty, high protein diet. Such as: peanutbutter & jelly sandwhich, bananas, whole milk, dry beans, potatos, vegies, pasta, and eft. You have to eat at least 5x a day to maintain a high calorie diet. Snack on tuna fish & crackers, peanutbutter crackers. & piazza with extra cheese once a week.
