An old remedy that my family uses is to lay your head on a pillow and pour a cap full of hydrogen peroxide in you ear that’s not on the pillow. The hydrogen peroxide safety eats away the wax and it will fizzle in your ear. It will tickle but allow it to stay in your ear for about 20 seconds. Then place a paper towel at you ear and turn you head over to let it drain. Once drained you can take the paper towel and clean out The residual peroxide and wax. Then do the same to the other ear.
