Had an infected cut on firefinger on right hand, used iodine, savlon, had sntibiotics, also used a,milk &,bread poltiss , which bought some of the infection out. I caught it again, now very painful again, red, swollen, been dressing it with gauze ,savlon and keeping it dry. I would greatly appreciate any further advise you can offer. Kind regards.
