It may be, but there could be other reasons. Check your BP.
In most cases dizzyness and blurriness is too LOW blood pressure. Do you feel real weak and have to lay down or sit? Too low. High bl pr you have more energy. My friends mom took drugs for her high bl prssure and she got so weak and dizzy a few time she fell and broke her arm once.
Be very careful after you eat a full meal cuz blood pressure goes way down then and you will feel weaker. About an hour or so.
