So, I’m getting a flu shot soon, but I’ve been thinking about which is better or more effective: flu nasal spray or flu shots? I was told that flu shots were more effective, but I don’t think so.
Flu shot and nasal spray offer about the same level of protection against the flu. The nasal spray is easy to take. Some research has shown that nasal spray may be less effective than the flu shot in the elder people.
If you thought you were safe from the flu after receiving a flu vaccine, think again. Unless you have a lower immunity don't go for it.
