I am 21 years old and i have started getting premature grey hair . They are increasing alot please mam/sir help me in this what should i do recomend me some idea to stop and get back my black hair as i dont want to use any kind of chemical dyes please recomend some home remedies to stop this problem.

That is difficult to answer. Anymore people just dye it. They do have ammonia-free hair dyes, but I guess you’ll have to look around the web to brainstorm some ideas on how to naturally get your roots back to a black color. I do know that for blondes you could soak your hair with peroxide and sit out in the sun to get the hair a lighter color or golden tint.
