My 5 yr old looked like he had a small strach under his eye it went away buy keeps coming back as a red scaly dry attach.tried motion works for a few hours. Used eye cream and some herable cream. Been going on for about 3mts
As it is dry, red, scaly patches, it may be due to psoriasis or simple due to eczema. Consult doctor for proper diagnosis.
