My 6 year old nephew has a high power in his eyes and his vision is deteriorating with his growing up. Please suggest home remedies to stop this as well as improvement in eyesight.

Treatment depends upon the cause. Anyway take lot of fresh vegetables and fruits such as apricots, carrot, spinach, tomatoes, celery and parsley which promotes good vision.
