When exercising when is it not good to loose 10 a week? I ask this question simply because i don’t eay chicken, turkey, beef, pork, and other land meats. i only eat seafood, fruits, vegetables,rice, pastas, and dairy products. Do you have any subjustiona for me?
The only thing I would suggest is vitamin supplements to fill that void of not eating meats. There are a few things that you need from meats; b14, omege, and etc…Protein is extremely important im maintaining a health and wellness.
