I feel anxious the whole time it is affecting my life. Sometimes it feels like a panic attack, a knot in my stomach then a feeling of worry.I have had it for two years now.Funny thing is i have no worries in my life,i keep telling myself this all the time but to no avail.Is there anything i can take to make me relax more.
Here are few tips…
-Do vigorous exercise or massage to relieve tension.
-Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing exercise. Meditation ease anxiety.
-Get enough rest.
-Avoid alcohol, caffeine, chocolate, and nicotine. They may increase your anxiety level.
-Get out and do something you enjoy Having too much or too little to do can make you more anxious.
Massage with warm mustard oil on head and feet.
