here are few tips:

Eat food rich in vitamin B and iron. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables having anti-oxidants properties such as blueberries, cherries, tomatoes, squash and bell pepper.

Avoid broccoli, cabbage, sprouts, cauliflower, spinach, turnips, soybeans, peanuts, linseed, millet and mustard greens.
