An almost definite Urinary Tract infection…
Which can easily be treated by eating less starches
which tend to escalate the situation and eating more
fruits and veges… including plenty of Water…and light
on protein consumption…no heavy red or dark meats
More fish, chicken…and seafood…and plenty carbohydrates
Vitamins…like iron, zinc etc…
Drink plenty of water and when u pee dnt try to hold it because it hurt jus try n push d pee n u will b ok soon
